Provide Tier 3 technical escalation support for SaaS and developer-tool customers. Diagnose code, logs, APIs, and infrastructure issues; coordinate resolutions with Engineering and R&D; manage enterprise escalations; mentor support engineers; improve support tooling, processes, KPIs, and customer communications; and help maintain a 24x5 enterprise SLA. Requires strong software development knowledge, troubleshooting, communication, and application security interest.

Own a named-account territory, develop signal-driven multichannel outbound campaigns, qualify technical security and engineering buyers, and partner with account executives on pipeline generation. The role also includes CRM management, marketing and partner lead follow-up, enablement content ownership, onboarding new representatives, coaching, and improving targeting, lead scoring, and team processes.

The Director of Product Design will lead product design for a SaaS application security platform. Responsibilities include owning core user journeys, conducting user research, creating interaction and visual designs, evolving design principles, simplifying complex experiences, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver features. The role requires strong UX depth, visual polish, autonomy, implementation awareness, and experience designing developer- or cybersecurity-focused products.
