Represent a telecommunications brand in a retail store by engaging customers, identifying their needs, recommending internet, television, and home phone services, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Provide customer service, address inquiries, support store operations, open and close the store as needed, and collaborate with management and colleagues. Full-time availability, flexible shifts, and strong communication skills are required.

Conduct in-home water solution testing, educate customers, deliver persuasive sales presentations, recommend treatment solutions, provide cost estimates, and close sales. Manage customer relationships, CRM data, leads, orders, installations, and customer satisfaction. Generate referrals and new opportunities while coordinating with program management. The role requires independent work, flexible scheduling, travel throughout the GTA and west to Grimsby, and availability for one weekend day weekly.

Performs financial analysis, project pricing, budgeting, forecasting, profitability reporting, AR/AP oversight, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close support. Develops client and management reports, analyzes variances and KPIs, maintains financial models, strengthens internal controls, and improves finance processes. Works with senior management, program managers, clients, vendors, and employees in a fully remote Ontario-based role.
