Lead partner-based sales for Device Access in Kenya: build and refine a country sales playbook, enable partner sales teams through training and performance management, own customer journey and field quality, manage partner relationships, set KPIs and dashboards, and provide field-led insights to HQ to prepare the program to scale.

Lead technical direction and day-to-day engineering operations for a full-stack web platform. Drive architecture, code standards, and engineering practices; participate in hands-on development and code review; run agile ceremonies; translate product requirements into deliverable tickets; collaborate with Product and report on roadmap progress; improve monitoring, QA, and use of AI tools to boost team velocity.
