Build and lead Endeavor’s capital markets function, including warehouse lines, forward-flow agreements, lender facilities, and institutional capital relationships. Develop funding strategies, evaluate healthcare vertical risk, structure lender economics, create investor reporting, identify co-investment opportunities, and monitor specialty consumer credit markets. Partner with the CEO and Head of Lending to support scalable loan origination and capital deployment.

Manages Endeavor’s lender program portfolio, including performance tracking, underwriting communications, lender onboarding, program documentation, pricing resources, and partner optimization. Serves as the primary customer-facing expert on financing products and lender capabilities while coordinating with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams. Requires experience in lender relations, partnerships, or program management within consumer lending, fintech, or healthcare finance.

Build and lead Endeavor’s credit capability, including underwriting infrastructure, risk models, data pipelines, lender feedback loops, risk policies, and lender partnerships. Assess financing coverage gaps, evaluate lender performance, improve approval rates, and embed credit intelligence into the platform. The role requires hands-on credit risk expertise, consumer lending knowledge, SQL proficiency, and the ability to build a credit function from scratch.

Own mid-market and enterprise sales pipelines targeting DSOs, multi-site dental groups, and regional chains. Develop partnerships with dental labs, manufacturers, and technology companies, navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals from initial discussion through rollout, and improve CRM, pipeline, handoff, and partner-tracking systems. Collaborate with founders, customer success, and product teams while representing the company at industry events.

Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure. Partner with users, product, operations, and leadership to simplify healthcare and financial workflows; design integrations with lenders, banks, and payment providers; and make product and technical decisions in a fast-moving startup environment. The role emphasizes ownership, reliability, security, maintainability, and effective use of AI development tools.

The Operations Associate will manage the implementation of Endeavor's financing platform in dental practices and optimize post-launch processes, collaborating with various teams.
