The Data Steward monitors and resolves issues with accounting and insurance policy systems, ensuring data quality and compliance with statutory principles. Responsibilities include reconciliations, reporting, and assisting in month-end closes.

Manage relationships with independent insurance agencies to drive profitable personal lines growth through outbound calls, agency visits, digital tools, training, and collaboration with underwriters. Develop sales plans, hold agencies accountable for production and profitability, onboard new agencies, gather market intelligence, and travel throughout the territory.
