Encova Insurance Benefits Overview

Provides senior legal and technical guidance on insurance coverage, claims handling, coverage litigation, regulatory matters, bad-faith exposure, and legal risk. Analyzes policies and applicable law, prepares coverage opinions, supports litigation and regulatory responses, manages outside counsel and legal spending, develops claims guidance and training, and advises Claims, Legal, Underwriting, and Reinsurance stakeholders.

Supports performance, financial, compliance, and integrated audit projects under the direction of Internal Audit leadership. The intern will work full-time during summer 2027, maintain confidentiality, organize multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and apply attention to detail while learning internal audit practices. The role is hybrid, with required weekly office days in Columbus, Ohio.

Provides enterprise workstation and virtual desktop engineering support across physical and virtual environments. Installs, configures, maintains, tests, and deploys end-user systems, Microsoft technologies, VMware platforms, FSLogix, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications. Supports technical projects, resolves incidents and problems, processes service tickets, contributes to system design and troubleshooting, and collaborates with teams, business stakeholders, and vendors. The role also participates in knowledge transfer, technology improvements, compliance activities, and hardware and software planning.
