Directs sales and marketing for a senior living community, focusing on census and occupancy growth. Generates and manages leads in Yardi, conducts tours, follows up with prospects, develops referral relationships, organizes events, supports advertising campaigns, and partners with community leadership to close sales and ensure successful resident move-ins.

Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff while providing helpful, professional service. Support departments with organization, communicate effectively, and quickly resolve routine problems in a senior living community. The role requires a caring, energetic, flexible personality, a passion for working with seniors, and the ability to project calm and professionalism.

Oversees community-level accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, billing, reconciliations, financial records, HRIS data, employee onboarding, and personnel documentation. Ensures compliance, confidentiality, accurate reporting, and timely processing while resolving billing and payroll issues. Provides administrative support, supervises effectively, assists with recruitment, maintains records, and coordinates occasional training or coverage at other locations.
