Manage customer receivables, aging reports, payment processing, collections follow-up, reconciliations, and billing issue resolution. Partner with Operations, Service, and Account Management teams to maintain accurate accounts and improve cash flow. Analyze payment trends, identify uncollectable balances, support write-off and agency recommendations, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and special projects.

Own full-cycle recruiting for field and corporate roles, manage candidate pipelines and ATS processes, coordinate interviews, create job descriptions, support onboarding, source candidates, conduct interviews, deliver offers, and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers and leadership in a fast-growing, multi-location environment while using recruiting metrics to support hiring decisions.

Manages service operations by overseeing financial and operational objectives, forecasts, KPIs, backlog, margins, staffing, sales pipelines, warehouse support, and customer escalations. Partners with directors and managers to improve resource utilization, cost control, technician performance, service delivery, and organizational growth. Supervises warehouse operations and supports strategic customer relationships and broader operational initiatives.
