Requires hands-on HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript development, AngularJS/Node.js experience, cross-browser solutions, architecture and design leadership, requirement gathering, estimation, agile delivery, client communication, and mentoring/building teams.

Designs, programs, implements, and manages state-specific business rules for personal insurance products. Responsibilities include analysis, specification, development, documentation, testing, training, and working within the SDLC with product management to create or modify rules and test plans.

Lead and manage the global Network Group, owning architecture, change management, firewall/IPS administration, multi-site data center and WAN design, and lifecycle/security operations. Provide technical strategy, oversee projects and vendors, coach team members, participate in on-call support, and lead disaster recovery efforts.
