Underwrite moderately complex commercial loan requests, analyze borrower financial statements and cash flow, assess credit and industry risks, prepare credit packages and memos, conduct covenant monitoring and annual reviews, evaluate collateral, and ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. Collaborate with relationship and portfolio managers while supporting sound lending decisions.

Coordinates commercial loan documentation, closings, renewals, modifications, extensions, payments, payoffs, and advances. Works with clients, Loan Operations, insurance agents, title companies, and attorneys to obtain documentation and resolve exceptions. Supports loan reviews, monitors past-due and maturing loans, and provides administrative and sales support to Commercial Relationship Managers and the Regional President. Provides customer service for deposit, treasury, and lending requests and may occasionally cover retail branch operations.
