Processes domestic and international wire transfers, verifies signatures, manages initiator and approver functions, balances Federal Reserve and correspondent bank accounts, completes daily settlements and reports, and maintains procedures. Provides operational support to branches and internal departments while following bank policies, audit controls, BSA/OFAC, CIP, AML, and other regulatory requirements. Investigates unusual activity, processes returned mail, and supports end-of-day and beginning-of-day operations.

Develops, retains, and grows commercial and middle-market banking relationships. Builds and manages a client portfolio, identifies financial needs, structures and analyzes complex credit transactions, evaluates financial statements and tax returns, presents loans to committees, negotiates credit terms, monitors repayment, and solicits new business. Coordinates treasury management solutions, provides exceptional client service, participates in community affairs, and may supervise one to two employees.

Underwrites commercial loans and assesses credit risk for business borrowers across real estate, construction, industrial, franchise, equipment, and SBA lending. Reviews financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, guarantor strength, and credit reports; prepares credit memos, evaluates loan structures, monitors portfolios, performs covenant checks, and recommends risk ratings. The role also supports relationship and credit officers, reviews junior analysts’ work, and ensures compliance with bank policies.
