Lead the technical side of enterprise sales across the United States and ANZ. Responsibilities include discovery, solution workshops, product demonstrations, objection handling, security reviews, RFP responses, tailored demo environments, competitive positioning, technical scoping, commercial support, product feedback, and post-sale handoff. The role requires deep financial services expertise, conversational AI fluency, enterprise integration knowledge, and the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.

Senior Brand and Digital Designer responsible for evolving Encore AI’s brand across websites, enterprise sales materials, presentations, motion graphics, video, social content, and internal communications. The role owns projects from concept through delivery, creates reusable design systems and templates, partners with product and engineering, and uses AI tools to improve creative workflows. Strong visual storytelling, typography, layout, motion, video, and independent project ownership are central to the position.

Own the full sales cycle across North America, targeting banks, credit unions, and financial institutions. Build self-sourced pipeline, close $80,000–$300,000 ACV deals, run product demonstrations, navigate complex stakeholder groups, and establish the company’s sales playbook. Partner closely with the CEO and product team to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, positioning, and roadmap decisions while selling AI and analytics solutions to financial-services buyers.
