Design and build scalable cloud-native SaaS platforms using microservices, AI agents, Graph-RAG, high-performance APIs, and modern data architectures. Own solution architecture across infrastructure, deployment, databases, and data pipelines while guiding engineering teams and influencing product, sales, and customer stakeholders. Implement reliable AI safeguards, documentation, testing, and DevOps practices. The role is remote in Brazil and requires advanced English communication.

Develop high-performance cloud and container technologies primarily with Python. Build reliable solutions, write unit tests, troubleshoot testing and integration issues, and participate in agile development. Collaborate on containerization, virtualization, networking, and fault-tolerant orchestration platforms supporting private cloud, 5G, and distributed edge deployments. Administer Kubernetes clusters and use Docker, Helm, Git, GitLab, and Jira across remote teams.

Develop and maintain automated tests for telecom and embedded platforms using Python and Robot Framework. Validate SIP signaling and voice protocols, analyze network traffic with Wireshark, execute functional and integration testing, investigate failures, identify defects, and support root cause analysis. Create test cases, test plans, and automation scripts while collaborating with development and QA teams across Brazil and the United States.
