Encompass Benefits Overview

Supports the Controller and finance team across general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reporting, payroll, and benefits administration. The role also helps automate recurring finance workflows using AI and technology, produces operational reports, investigates workticket discrepancies, and supports internal controls and process scalability.

Coordinates housekeeping and operational activities, assigns tasks, tracks supplies, responds to service and equipment concerns, maintains operational documentation, supports training and special projects, and ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state health regulations. Serves as a liaison between clients, staff, and management while recommending process improvements. Requires weekend evening availability, from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Manages cleaning and building maintenance operations for an assigned account, supervising area managers and ensuring service quality, safety, contractual compliance, and performance metrics. Trains and develops managers, conducts facility and equipment audits, manages work assignments, supports timekeeping and procurement through Coupa, and maintains operating records. The role requires floor-care expertise, leadership, OSHA knowledge, P&L experience, recruitment participation, customer interaction, and the ability to work flexible schedules across multiple sites.
