Manage French-speaking customer accounts for a B2B SaaS KYC platform: drive adoption, train users, identify growth opportunities, advocate customer needs internally, support onboarding and pre-sales in French, and own CS metrics (CSAT, retention, adoption).

Drive new enterprise SaaS sales to Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across the US & Canada. Own full sales cycle to secure new-logo deals and meet $1M–$1.5M quotas, develop strategic account plans, maintain pipeline and forecasts, engage C-level stakeholders, collaborate with product/pre-sales/marketing/delivery, and represent Encompass at industry events.
