Own Encompass’s global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and communications. Lead and develop a distributed multidisciplinary marketing team, align marketing with sales and product leadership, govern global brand positioning, support enterprise sales cycles, and report marketing performance and investment to executives. The role requires translating complex regulatory and technical topics for varied audiences while connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Designs and leads complex platform engineering initiatives, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, multi-cloud architectures, container orchestration, observability, networking, security, and developer self-service platforms. The role improves developer experience, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency while mentoring engineers, troubleshooting complex systems, and influencing technical strategy.

Lead the design and evolution of scalable platform infrastructure, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud-native architectures, container orchestration, observability, networking, security, and internal self-service platforms. Drive complex projects independently, improve developer experience, optimize performance and costs, troubleshoot large-scale systems, and mentor engineers while shaping platform strategy and technical direction.
