Provides proactive executive and administrative support to the SVP of Operations. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, document preparation, expense and invoice processing, recordkeeping, spreadsheet support, and confidential communications. The role also coordinates administrative requests across departments, supports other leaders as needed, and improves recurring processes through checklists and templates.

Deploys, configures, commissions, and troubleshoots OT network infrastructure across microgrid and industrial sites. Responsibilities include managing routers, switches, firewalls, cellular telemetry, ACLs, security zones, IPSec VPNs, and packet captures. The engineer collaborates with control center and commissioning teams to validate SCADA communications, maintain network visibility, and document IP allocations, port mappings, procedures, and topology diagrams. The role requires field hardware installation, Ethernet cabling, safety compliance, physical work, and occasional lifting.

Provides onsite administrative and employee services support, including reception, visitor onboarding, office and kitchen upkeep, supply and spending tracking, mail and package handling, meeting and event setup, facility requests, safety support, new-hire workspace coordination, travel assistance, and special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, confidentiality, computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a busy environment.
