Responsibilities include emergency readiness, customer liaison duties, inventory control, scheduling, safety audits, technician training, escalation support, site and vehicle audits, and regional operational oversight. The role requires generator, electrical, controls, breaker, and engine troubleshooting expertise, rotating on-call availability, business travel, and physical ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Lead software delivery by translating complex initiatives into actionable plans, coordinating engineers, enforcing architecture and engineering standards, reviewing code, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing releases and environments, and handling production incidents. Provide hands-on technical guidance across software, infrastructure, and data science while improving engineering practices, documentation, testing, and operational reliability.

Coordinate ERock’s NERC compliance program across distributed generation projects and operating facilities. Responsibilities include interpreting reliability standards, maintaining compliance calendars and evidence, coordinating filings and portal submissions, supporting audits and investigations, tracking regulatory changes, reviewing contractual obligations, and developing procedures and training. The role partners with engineering, operations, legal, project management, customers, regulators, and external advisors to ensure timely, defensible compliance.
