It is based in Houston with limited regional and field-site travel.

Lead capital and maintenance projects across the crude gathering system from planning through design, construction, commissioning, turnover, and close-out. Manage scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, contracts, procurement, stakeholder interfaces, project controls, and contractor performance. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners while ensuring safe, compliant execution of pipeline and brownfield infrastructure projects. The role is office-based with up to 70% regional travel and requires strong decision-making in field and operational environments.
