Leads the implementation organization for enterprise software and service integrations, overseeing client onboarding, system conversions, solution design, project portfolios, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. Partners with executive stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT to align roadmaps, improve processes, support business development, and drive scalable operations, change management, revenue growth, and cost reduction.

Build, train, fine-tune, and evaluate language models with a strong focus on reinforcement learning. Design environments, reward functions, datasets, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks; analyze data; manage reproducible experiments; diagnose training issues; and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also involves knowledge representation, collaboration with domain experts, and compliance with HIPAA and sensitive-data policies.

Manages and grows healthcare technology client relationships across the full lifecycle, including sales support, implementation, go-live, business reviews, reporting, issue resolution, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. Tracks client KPIs, performance goals, satisfaction, and ROI while coordinating with operations, sales, IT, product support, and implementation teams. Requires strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills, with up to 30% travel.
