Oversees project managers and analysts, ensuring delivery timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and process effectiveness. Builds executive client relationships, aligns business and IT roadmaps, manages process improvement and technology projects, supports sales activities, and drives scalable operations, change management, and continuous improvement. Requires senior leadership, enterprise SaaS implementation, healthcare systems integration, project management, and customer-facing experience.

Supervises a zero-balance claims recovery team, overseeing employee performance, training, quality control, client communication, and operational workflows. Identifies hospital claim recovery opportunities, evaluates payments against contractual requirements, prepares billing packets and appeals, follows up with payers, and researches supporting documentation. Applies coding and reimbursement expertise while collaborating with analytics, data, product, and leadership teams to resolve claim issues and improve financial results.

Manages and grows healthcare technology client relationships across the full lifecycle, including sales support, implementation, go-live, business reviews, reporting, retention, and cross-sell identification. Tracks client KPIs, communicates ROI, coordinates internal teams, resolves issues, manages deliverables, and maintains customer satisfaction. The role requires healthcare revenue cycle account management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and up to 30% travel.
