The Project Manager will oversee business transformation initiatives in the healthcare revenue cycle management sector, enhancing process efficiencies and managing project lifecycles from initiation through post-implementation.

Manage and grow client relationships for healthcare revenue cycle clients across the lifecycle. Deliver proactive service, track KPIs, conduct business reviews, resolve issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and identify cross-sell opportunities while meeting retention and quota targets.

Execute core revenue cycle support tasks including retrieving, scanning, uploading, and storing medical documentation and PHI; assist with client reconciliations, prebill work queue resolution, data entry in the E360 platform, and escalate client-impacting issues to the Client Delivery team while following SOPs and KPIs.

Investigate and resolve motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims by researching records, preparing MVA billing packets, coordinating with insurers and patient attorneys, updating claim systems, and ensuring timely reimbursement while protecting PHI.
