Owns EnableComp’s demand generation engine by planning and executing multichannel campaigns, managing marketing-sourced pipeline and budget, creating funnel content, and optimizing lead nurture programs. The role uses HubSpot and Salesforce, analyzes campaign performance, partners with Product Marketing, Events, SDRs, and GTM Engineering, and builds scalable content and campaign workflows. This individual contributor position requires strong writing, analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with minimal travel.

Owns EnableComp’s B2B demand generation engine, including multi-channel campaigns, marketing-sourced pipeline, budget allocation, lead nurture workflows, and campaign optimization. Creates blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and email content while coordinating with Product Marketing, GTM Engineering, Events, SDRs, and Sales. Analyzes performance data, improves conversion and acquisition costs, manages HubSpot workflows, and pilots emerging marketing and AI-powered content tools.

Own and evolve EnableComp’s commercial systems stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord. Lead the systems roadmap, integrations, data governance, reporting, and deal-lifecycle workflows across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success. Build AI-assisted workflows using tools such as Claude to reduce manual work, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and evaluate new RevTech capabilities. Maintain scalable data models, automations, permissions, and dashboards supporting pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance.

Processes Medicaid healthcare claims from eligibility verification through payment and adjudication. Reviews UB-04 billing, analyzes payments against state fee schedules, gathers medical records, submits claim packets, follows up with payers, obtains authorizations, manages delinquencies, and appeals denials or underpayments. The role requires handling PHI under HIPAA, communicating with clients and insurers, meeting productivity goals, and managing multiple priorities.

Reviews denied healthcare claims, audits reimbursement issues, researches medical records and supporting documentation, submits appeals to payers, and follows up by telephone to secure reimbursement. Serves as a liaison between clients and payers while analyzing contracts, coding requirements, EOBs, UB-04 and HCFA 1500 forms. Maintains PHI privacy, meets productivity goals, manages competing priorities, and delivers client-facing customer service.

Leads the enterprise technology operations strategy, roadmap, investment portfolio, governance, and performance framework. Oversees workflow transformation, automation, operational scalability, vendor partnerships, technology adoption, and cross-functional delivery. Review post-billed inpatient claims to validate DRG accuracy and identify missed reimbursement opportunities. Analyze medical records and coding (ICD-10-CM/PCS), use DRG grouping software and system edits, recommend reimbursement improvements, collaborate on prioritization, and maintain PHI security while meeting high-volume productivity and reporting requirements.

Investigate and resolve Motor Vehicle Accident and health insurance claims: research medical records, communicate with payers/patients/attorneys, rebill, submit appeals, analyze remittance, identify denial trends, and maintain PHI confidentiality.

Lead new customer acquisition and growth for complex hospital revenue cycle services. Meet bookings and quota, qualify prospects, manage sales process from meetings to contract, maintain Salesforce, represent company at events, and collaborate on sales/marketing strategies.

Review post-billed inpatient claims to validate DRG accuracy, analyze medical records against ICD-10 coding, identify underpayments and coding errors, recommend reimbursement improvements, and collaborate with leadership and clients to prioritize and report findings.
