Ensure accurate submission and adjudication of Medicaid claims: verify eligibility, analyze payments, obtain and submit medical records and UB-04 billing packets, follow up with payers, appeal denials/underpayments, handle PHI per HIPAA, manage inbound/outbound calls, and collaborate to meet productivity and reimbursement goals.

Design, build, and run onboarding, certification, playbooks, and Salesforce-integrated enablement content to improve ramp time, win rates, and forecast accuracy. Use AI tools (Claude) to rapidly create localized enablement assets, partner with RevOps and Product Marketing, and measure enablement impact via a scorecard.

Design, build, and operate GTM technical infrastructure to ingest, score, enrich, and route account-based signals (Clay, HubSpot, APIs). Maintain integrations, data quality, and ABM workflows, analyze signal performance, and enable Sales and Marketing with prioritized, enriched accounts.
