Build and operate the technical infrastructure supporting account-based demand generation. This role creates Clay workflows, manages HubSpot architecture, develops integrations and data pipelines, analyzes signal quality and conversion, and supports ABM campaign launches. Responsibilities include data enrichment, lead scoring, routing, deduplication, data-quality audits, tool evaluation, and workflow optimization. The role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Development, Partnerships, and Client Services to prioritize and route high-propensity accounts.

Supervise Revenue Services teams, oversee claims resolution, and escalate client and payment issues. Analyze claim payments, research documentation, prepare bills and appeals, coordinate with insurers and internal teams, and maintain client reports. Lead hiring, training, performance management, quality control, and process improvement while protecting confidential patient information and ensuring accurate reimbursement.

Leads the enterprise technology operations strategy, roadmap, investment portfolio, governance, and performance framework. Oversees workflow transformation, automation, operational scalability, vendor partnerships, technology adoption, and cross-functional delivery. Establishes KPIs, manages business cases and value realization, ensures operational continuity and compliance, and drives measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, client outcomes, and revenue cycle performance through internal leaders and global partners.

Review post-billed inpatient claims to validate DRG accuracy and identify missed reimbursement opportunities. Analyze medical records and coding (ICD-10-CM/PCS), use DRG grouping software and system edits, recommend reimbursement improvements, collaborate on prioritization, and maintain PHI security while meeting high-volume productivity and reporting requirements.

Provides executive leadership for EnableComp’s Denials and Revenue Recovery business, including Zero Balance Recovery, appeals, collections, financial performance, operational execution, and growth. The role sets strategy, budgets, recovery targets, staffing plans, and profitability objectives; partners with Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Client Success; supports strategic clients; ensures healthcare revenue-cycle compliance; and builds a high-performing leadership organization.

Investigate and resolve Motor Vehicle Accident and health insurance claims: research medical records, communicate with payers/patients/attorneys, rebill, submit appeals, analyze remittance, identify denial trends, and maintain PHI confidentiality.

Lead new customer acquisition and growth for complex hospital revenue cycle services. Meet bookings and quota, qualify prospects, manage sales process from meetings to contract, maintain Salesforce, represent company at events, and collaborate on sales/marketing strategies.
