The Principal Engineer will develop an Agentic AI platform for healthcare revenue cycle management, leading teams and designing autonomous agents to optimize workflows.

Support implementation and operations teams onboarding new clients and products, diagnose and report product issues, maintain ticket SLAs, research claim submission behavior, assist product testing and deployments, and provide client and account support.

Lead new customer acquisition and growth for complex hospital revenue cycle services. Meet bookings and quota, qualify prospects, manage sales process from meetings to contract, maintain Salesforce, represent company at events, and collaborate on sales/marketing strategies.

Execute core revenue cycle support tasks including retrieving, scanning, uploading, and storing medical documentation and PHI; assist with client reconciliations, prebill work queue resolution, data entry in the E360 platform, and escalate client-impacting issues to the Client Delivery team while following SOPs and KPIs.

Review, evaluate, and appeal denied or underpaid medical claims using proprietary tools. Research and obtain documentation, interpret payer/provider contracts, follow up with payers, and recover correct reimbursements while handling PHI and maintaining client communication.

Serve as the liaison for denied and underpaid claims, reviewing, researching, appealing, and following up with payers to recover payment. Use provider contracts, medical records, and payment documentation to prepare complex underpayment appeals and ensure timely resolution. Maintain PHI confidentiality, meet productivity targets, and support client satisfaction.
