Assist customers by phone and email, troubleshoot account issues, schedule appointments, generate and qualify leads, maintain CRM records, and prepare follow-up marketing materials, proposals, and quotes. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, and computer skills in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Provides administrative support to laboratory managers and analysts by receiving, logging, reviewing, processing, and distributing environmental samples. Maintains chain-of-custody records in LIMS, performs sample quality control, coordinates shipping and receiving, enters analytical data, prepares reports and invoices, and supports timely client reporting. Acts as a liaison between clients and laboratory staff while responding to questions and managing administrative tasks in a high-volume environment.
