Oversee and lead the Accounts Payable function for U.S. and Canadian entities, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, month-end close, accruals, compliance documentation, 1099 reporting, refunds, and internal controls. Supervise a 2–3-person team, coordinate with Accounting, Purchasing, Collections, and vendors, resolve discrepancies, provide reporting, and improve AP processes and workflows.

Prepares and analyzes bulk and solid materials for asbestos content using PLM, PCM, and/or TEM. Determines asbestos properties and percentages, performs quality control, maintains and troubleshoots laboratory equipment, enters data into LIMS, generates reports, and handles sample login and administrative duties. The role provides on-the-job training and requires accurate, organized work in a laboratory setting.

Lead and train a small Accounts Payable team for US and Canada operations. Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments (ACH, credit card, virtual card, checks), corporate credit card reconciliation, merchant account bank reconciliations and customer refunds, month-end AP accruals, W-9 and certificate of insurance management, and year-end 1099 data preparation.
