Lead enterprise sales for the Northeast region, driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, channel partner development, employer relationships, consultative selling, pipeline management, and high-value deal closure. Represent employee benefits technology and services to employers with 8,000+ employees, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage territory strategy, use CRM tools, and participate in industry events.

Leads threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, forensic investigation, and security tooling administration across infrastructure, applications, and AWS cloud environments. Develops security baselines, hardening standards, and cloud governance aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA. Partners with IT, Engineering, Compliance, and leadership on remediation, audits, risk assessments, penetration testing, disaster recovery, and security improvements. Provides escalation support, technical guidance, reporting, and occasional employee security awareness training.

Provides enterprise cloud architecture leadership across AWS and Kubernetes environments. Designs secure, scalable, resilient platforms; establishes reference architectures, Terraform standards, CI/CD practices, governance, observability, and cost controls. Leads design reviews, modernization and hybrid-cloud initiatives, technical proofs of concept, incident remediation, and architecture roadmaps. Mentors engineers and influences cross-functional stakeholders while remaining hands-on with implementation and production problem-solving.

Owns complex hybrid-cloud infrastructure operations across data centers, private and public clouds. Administers Linux and Windows systems, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, security, and monitoring. Develops production automation with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python, Git, and APIs; leads incident response, root-cause analysis, infrastructure changes, migrations, and modernization. Reviews engineering work, improves operational processes, documents standards, supports escalations, and provides technical guidance. The role includes on-call support, after-hours incident response, and up to 10% travel.

The General Accountant maintains the general ledger, prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, supports month-end and year-end close, assists with financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. The role also maintains fixed asset schedules, researches variances, supports internal controls, and contributes to process improvements, ERP enhancements, and automation initiatives.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, cash flow planning, executive reporting, and strategic financial insights. Partners cross-functionally on resource allocation, investment decisions, risk mitigation, and performance management. Improves FP&A processes, data quality, reporting tools, and workflow automation while supporting financial close activities and corporate requirements.

Individual contributor leading information security governance, risk, compliance, and assurance activities. Responsibilities include managing ISO 27001 certification and ISMS compliance, coordinating audits and control testing, maintaining risk registers, evaluating cybersecurity and technology controls, developing remediation plans, governing policies, supporting security assessments, and advising business and technology stakeholders on risk, privacy, regulatory, and control requirements.
