The General Accountant maintains the general ledger, prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, supports month-end and year-end close, assists with financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. The role also maintains fixed asset schedules, researches variances, supports internal controls, and contributes to process improvements, ERP enhancements, and automation initiatives.

Develops, configures, tests, integrates, and supports ServiceNow solutions, workflows, applications, and ITSM capabilities. Applies generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation knowledge to design and implement AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions. Translates business requirements into technical designs, supports upgrades and production incidents, contributes to proofs of concept, performs troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and participates in on-call support, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

Individual contributor leading information security governance, risk, compliance, and assurance activities. Responsibilities include managing ISO 27001 certification and ISMS compliance, coordinating audits and control testing, maintaining risk registers, evaluating cybersecurity and technology controls, developing remediation plans, governing policies, supporting security assessments, and advising business and technology stakeholders on risk, privacy, regulatory, and control requirements.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, cash flow planning, executive reporting, and strategic financial insights. Partners cross-functionally on resource allocation, investment decisions, risk mitigation, and performance management. Improves FP&A processes, data quality, reporting tools, and workflow automation while supporting financial close activities and corporate requirements.

Owns complex hybrid-cloud infrastructure operations across data centers, private and public clouds. Administers Linux and Windows systems, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, security, and monitoring. Develops production automation with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python, Git, and APIs; leads incident response, root-cause analysis, infrastructure changes, migrations, and modernization. Reviews engineering work, improves operational processes, documents standards, supports escalations, and provides technical guidance. The role includes on-call support, after-hours incident response, and up to 10% travel.
