Supports consulting-services growth through account research, prospect identification, outbound outreach, lead qualification, discovery-meeting scheduling, and sales-pipeline development. The role focuses on generating qualified B2B conversations and measurable consulting-sales pipeline.

Perform manual testing of web applications, understand complex product functionality, configure products, write test plans and cases, and execute tests against user acceptance criteria. Participate in Agile scrum planning, collaborate with development teams, meet deadlines, and support product quality through analytical problem-solving, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Manage an enterprise software customer portfolio, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansions, and cross-selling. Conduct QBRs and EBRs, monitor customer health, analyze customer data, identify risks, reduce churn, and communicate customer feedback to product teams. Build strategic client relationships, resolve escalations, and develop success strategies for government and education customers.

Develop, test, maintain, and support scalable enterprise web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, React, and related technologies. Responsibilities include complex module development, code reviews, technical design, debugging, root cause analysis, documentation, change management, project estimation, milestone planning, and production deployment support. The role also ensures adherence to coding, design, quality, security, and version-control standards.

Manage employee engagement programs, celebrations, surveys, internal communications, and workplace culture initiatives. Coordinate recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, offer coordination, and recruitment tracking. Support onboarding, HR documentation, employee communications, and other HR projects while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a positive employee experience.
