The Outside Sales Representative identifies and qualifies prospects, conducts high-volume cold calling, develops customer relationships, follows up on quotes, manages accounts, and meets revenue quotas. The role includes maintaining CRM records, preparing forecasts and activity reports, assisting with delivery and invoicing questions, communicating with customers, and supporting safe, efficient business operations.

Supports branch operations and inside sales by handling customer calls, outbound sales outreach, pickup and delivery coordination, driver scheduling, invoicing, contract closeouts, fuel inventory, purchase orders, and equipment assignments. Maintains accurate rental-system call logs, assists outside sales representatives, resolves customer requests, and supports safe, efficient branch operations while managing multiple shifting priorities.

The Outside Sales Representative identifies and qualifies prospects, conducts high-volume in-person and phone cold calls, develops customer relationships, follows up on quotes, meets revenue quotas, and maintains accurate CRM records. The role also supports project execution, customer communications, sales forecasting, reporting, budget adherence, and workplace safety.
