Provide customer service and operational support for a branch: answer calls, assist pickups/deliveries, schedule drivers and maintenance, complete outbound sales calls and invoice/contract tasks, track inventory and purchase orders, and support outside sales and project execution.

Outside Sales Representative sells equipment rental products and services to new and existing customers through high-volume outbound cold calls (phone and in-person), prospecting, CRM management, quoting, and account servicing. Responsible for meeting revenue quotas, maintaining CRM data, forecasting, supporting project execution, and adhering to safety and budget guidelines.

Handle branch calls, assist customers with pickups/deliveries, complete outbound sales calls to quota, log calls in rental system, schedule drivers and maintenance, create POs, assist outside sales, process invoicing and closeouts, maintain inventories and customer communication.
