The Sr Workday Reporting Analyst develops and manages Workday reports and dashboards, enhances reporting processes, and ensures data integrity while collaborating with HR functions for decision-making support.

Process and ensure accuracy of US retirement plan (401k) transactions, research and respond to partner/client queries, maintain confidentiality, adhere to quality controls, support process improvements and complete assigned projects and daily BAU.

Lead architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of complex, scalable CRM software solutions (Salesforce-focused). Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive CI/CD and resiliency, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate across distributed teams to deliver secure, maintainable features and prototypes.
