Lead and coordinate an operations team to meet production goals, improve quality and processes, coach staff, manage escalations, produce MIS reports, run special projects, and ensure timely execution of transaction operations in a Defined Contribution environment.

The Sr Analyst will leverage BI tools to analyze and visualize data, identify trends, mentor users, and improve reporting processes.

Prepare internal and external financial reporting for insurance companies, separate accounts, and mutual funds under US GAAP, IFRS, or statutory bases. Run investment reporting queries, use financial reporting software, prepare variance analysis and disclosures, support audits, execute internal controls, draft procedures, and test/configure reporting systems and upgrades.
