This role oversees a team of Implementation Analysts, managing participant plan data conversions for new clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency in the process.

The Sr Analyst will leverage BI tools to analyze and visualize data, identify trends, mentor users, and improve reporting processes.

Process and ensure accuracy of document transactions, maintain client confidentiality, respond to partner/support queries promptly, follow quality control standards, support process improvements and automation, prioritize high-value work, and complete assigned projects and daily BAU within timelines.
