Manage the full trade lifecycle and settlement of complex domestic and international securities and derivatives: process and confirm trades, resolve settlement exceptions, maintain security master data (Bloomberg/IDC/OnBase), reconcile cash and margin movements, fund transactions, open custody accounts, monitor DTCC matching and SSIs, collaborate with traders, custodians, brokers, and internal partners, and support process improvements, controls, and audits.

Maintain fund accounting records for Empower Funds and related portfolios in accordance with GAAP and SEC rules. Reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts, account for futures and variation margins, calculate daily NAVs and review pricing, perform monthly trial balance and custodian reconciliations, prepare periodic financial and compliance reports, and communicate with sub-advisors.

Provides administrative and business support for financial services sales, service, analyst, quality, training, and SDS teams. Responsibilities include compiling data, preparing reports, supporting compliance records, assisting with budgets and systems, monitoring calls, managing projects, resolving customer issues, documenting escalations, and meeting KPI targets. The role requires attention to detail, sound judgment, cross-functional coordination, shift flexibility, and familiarity with Salesforce.
