Owns the V2X DC bidirectional charging product from late-stage design through validation, certification, launch, and ramp. Responsibilities include managing suppliers and internal engineering, driving board development, safety and utility approvals, automotive OEM compatibility, business-case economics, gate reviews, go-to-market readiness, and initial field performance. The role serves as the single accountable decision-maker and promotes AI-enabled product development and execution.

Provides customer support through phone, chat, email, web forms, and social media. Responsibilities include answering product questions, troubleshooting devices, explaining technical details, and assisting with energy, IoT, EV, battery, and solar topics. The role also communicates customer feedback and experience insights internally. Strong written and verbal communication, empathy, technological comfort, and willingness to learn are essential.

Lead cost-down and strategic sourcing initiatives for consumer electronics, manage contract manufacturers and supplier relationships, run quarterly cost reviews, align supply plans to forecasts, drive value engineering and incentive structures, consolidate quotes into dashboards, monitor trade/tariff impacts, and help define requirements for a custom AI-enabled in-house ERP.

Serve as primary quality liaison to contract manufacturers, leading factory and product audits, RMA/warranty analysis, supplier performance, compliance (UL), BOM/PLM reviews, and continuous process improvements to ensure production meets specifications and supply continuity.
