Supports PEO clients and employees with HR, benefits, compliance, onboarding, unemployment claims, leave administration, and HRIS troubleshooting. Processes new hires, benefits changes, and personnel updates; trains users on HRIS functionality; maintains confidential records; documents interactions in CRM; and contributes to HRIS process automation, enhancements, and testing while delivering responsive client service.

Provide HR consulting and high-touch account management for a portfolio of clients: advise on employee relations, compliance, policies, performance management, benefits enrollment, training, investigations, and strategic HR projects. Build client relationships, implement customized HR solutions, document interactions in CRM/HRIS, and travel to client sites up to 50%.

Lead payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Oversee filings, registrations, audits, and agency relations; develop controls, drive process improvements and automation; partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, HR, and Technology; manage and mentor a team of tax analysts to ensure accurate, timely reporting and reduced compliance risk.
