Lead end-to-end planning and execution of 200+ open enrollment benefit fairs annually and internal events, managing logistics, vendors, staffing, budgets, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Build scalable systems, improve processes, support annual client conference, and develop creative activations to elevate member experience.
