Leads strategy and operations for the Client Success organization, partnering with leadership on planning, segmentation, quotas, capacity modeling, KPIs, forecasting, renewals, customer health scoring, and cross-functional initiatives. The role improves operating processes, reduces administrative burden, supports Salesforce and data solutions, and helps drive client launches, retention, and expansion.
