Partner with marketing and AEs to refine messaging, keep Salesforce updated, iterate on outreach, and stay current on benefits and specialty care trends to drive quota attainment and high-quality conversations.

Support outbound Care Advocate operations by collecting, compiling, and validating CRM and contact-center data; building dashboards and recurring reports; analyzing performance and trends; delivering insights to leadership; maintaining reporting infrastructure, tracking tools, and documentation; and supporting ad hoc analyses and cross-functional data requests.
