Leads and scales Lantern’s commercial enablement function for a 200-person commercial organization. Responsibilities include team building, sales onboarding and ramp, GTM readiness, certification, content governance, competitive enablement, platform ownership, AI adoption, and metrics connecting enablement investments to commercial outcomes. The role partners closely with sales, product marketing, clinical, product, HR, and commercial leadership in a high-growth B2B healthcare environment.
