Provide on-site IT operations and systems administration for two Maryland offices: troubleshoot end-user issues, manage device provisioning and Intune/Apple Business Manager, administer Microsoft 365/Azure/Exchange, support onboarding/offboarding, maintain hardware inventory and networking/AV, improve IT processes, and collaborate on cross-functional security and reliability initiatives.

Build pipelines, run campus and industry events, lead strategic recruiting projects, present data-driven updates to leadership, and maintain recruiting policies and candidate experience.
