This fully onsite position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of progressive accounting experience.

Supports ground and flight testing for aerospace products across multiple platforms. Develops test strategies, procedures, documentation, requirements, and flight-test plans; collaborates with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and project teams; investigates failures and recommends corrective actions. The role also involves engineering drawings, schematics, power and motor system testing, high-voltage work, data analysis, prototype validation, personnel training, and technical reporting.

Leads the mechanical engineering discipline for UAV and aerospace product development. Manages engineers, budgets, staffing, workload, mentoring, performance, and career development while overseeing requirements, aeromechanical design, testing, manufacturing integration, quality, schedules, and customer relationships. Supports active projects, proposals, emerging concepts, and product transitions to deployment while ensuring hardware meets requirements on time and within budget.
