Leads complex commercial real estate capital improvement, tenant construction, specialty construction, and compliance projects from planning through closeout. Manages budgets, schedules, procurement, contractors, consultants, construction logistics, stakeholder communications, permitting, quality, safety, and financial reporting across occupied properties. Provides team leadership, mentorship, risk management, executive reporting, and project-controls standardization while coordinating building systems, tenant continuity, and regulatory requirements.

Assist the Engineering team in mechanical operations, plumbing, energy management, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance of building systems.

Independent six-month consultant to assess and optimize travel trade and group sales. Deliver a 10-day assessment, 30/60/90-day action plans, sales operations recommendations, account segmentation, partner engagement strategies, tech and reporting improvements, coaching, SWOT analysis versus competitors, and a final transition document enabling ESBO leadership to implement lasting sales process and structure changes.
