Supports the Observation Deck sales cycle by processing advance ticket orders, maintaining client and sales records, responding to customer inquiries, supporting group visits and events, assisting with sales and marketing materials, and coordinating administrative projects. The role uses Ventrata, Salesforce, and Monday.com while collaborating with sales, marketing, ticketing, and operations teams to meet service standards, manage bookings accurately, and maintain customer relationships.
