Manages accounting and financial reporting for federally funded programs, including tracking appropriations, supporting Treasury draw requests, reconciling balances and bank activity, preparing journal entries, analyzing accounts, reviewing transactions, assisting with federal reporting, and preparing audit work papers. Collaborates with departments to monitor program funding and produce financial schedules and management reports.

Manages New York State wireless infrastructure programs, coordinating carriers, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders. Oversees regional planning, site acquisition, permitting, infrastructure design, resource allocation, deployment schedules, program indicators, risk escalation, and project reporting. The role supports initiatives expanding wireless coverage and broadband access, requiring knowledge of wireless technologies, utility infrastructure, New York permitting, and project management.

Leads GO-SEMI’s data strategy, cross-program analytics, executive reporting, CRM ownership, data governance, GIS integration, and scenario planning. Builds Power BI dashboards and relational data models, configures Dynamics 365 workflows, establishes data quality controls, coordinates IT and vendor integrations, and translates complex analysis into recommendations for senior leaders. Also leads testing, user training, process automation, and Green CHIPS reporting support.
