Lead the creation and operation of a statewide supplier readiness center connecting New York businesses with semiconductor construction and supply chain contracts. Build the organization, team, service model, readiness standards, CRM pipeline, and partnerships with anchor companies, prime contractors, economic development organizations, and small businesses. Develop interventions covering financing, bonding, certifications, operations, and bidding, while tracking firms from initial interest through successful contracting and advocating for underrepresented enterprises.

Designs, deploys, and maintains secure, scalable Azure cloud network infrastructure. Manages Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, routing, firewalls, identity, monitoring, storage, NetApp Files, VMware Solutions, infrastructure as code, security tooling, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. The role also troubleshoots cloud environments, supports governance and compliance, and contributes to continuous improvements and disaster recovery testing.

Leads the Economic Research and Analysis department supporting New York State economic development policy. Oversees a research team, economic data tracking, trend analysis, dashboards, briefings, benefit-cost and impact analyses, legislative positions, and business attraction research. Coordinates with agency and state stakeholders, maintains data repositories, and translates complex findings into concise, executive-ready materials for policymakers and general audiences.
