Manages organizational data systems, including Salesforce, SharePoint, LegalServer, and SalsaCRM; supports users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting; improves data collection and quality; develops reports, dashboards, and analytical tools; coordinates grant and project deliverables; communicates with partner organizations; and supports operational improvements, evaluation, and reporting for a nonprofit legal services organization.

Manage and optimize organizational data systems, including Salesforce, SharePoint, LegalServer, and SalsaCRM. Provide user support, training, documentation, data-quality audits, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for program management, grant reporting, evaluation, and leadership decisions. Support project reimbursement systems, deliverable tracking, funder reporting, workflow improvements, and communication with partner organizations. The role requires collaboration across teams, strong data-management and project-management skills, and commitment to serving marginalized communities.

Lead Empire Justice Center’s comprehensive fundraising program, including individual and major gifts, foundation and institutional funding, corporate and law firm giving, annual campaigns, donor stewardship, and fundraising events. Develop fundraising plans, manage donor and prospect portfolios, coordinate proposals and reports, track results through a nonprofit CRM, and collaborate with executive and program leadership. The role requires strong writing, relationship-building, project management, organizational skills, and commitment to serving marginalized communities.
