Build client relationships, escalate issues, identify account growth opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth execution across digital, content and campaign work.

Manage a portfolio of digital clients as primary contact, lead full-service digital accounts (social, web, content, campaigns), provide strategic guidance, oversee projects, seek commercial growth, and drive client retention.

Support senior client services in Dubai on corporate reporting, brand and marketing projects. Handle administrative tasks, client communication, scheduling, project documentation, and status reporting. Assist in preparing client materials and gathering insights, track project progress, and learn account management under senior guidance to ensure timely, accurate delivery and client satisfaction.
