Advise clients on corporate and sustainability communications and reporting across channels; conduct content audits and develop recommendations; support business development and pitches; contribute to research and thought leadership; build internal and client relationships to deliver strategic, compliant, and impactful sustainability communications.

Support the finance and digital teams with invoicing, expense processing, purchase orders, basic financial and operational data analysis, and administrative tasks. Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoicing and expense queries, assist with monthly digital billing, credit card claims, audit information requests, and ad-hoc finance projects while gaining broad exposure to commercial operations.

Support senior account team with day-to-day client communications, project delivery, documentation, timelines, budgets, proposals and performance tracking. Build client relationships, escalate issues, identify account growth opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth execution across digital, content and campaign work.
