Manage global pharmaceutical meetings, events and congress participation end-to-end: logistics, vendor and client liaison, budget creation and tracking, on-site delivery and inspections, post-event metrics, and compliance. Travel internationally for site visits and event execution.

Lead global meetings and events delivery teams, manage high-profile client projects, own budgets and financial health, develop client relationships, recruit and coach project staff, ensure compliance with SLAs, health & safety and security protocols, and travel nationally and internationally to support event delivery.

Design experiential environments for trade shows, pop-ups and installations from concept through production. Produce 3D visuals and 2D technical drawings, research materials and sustainable methods, collaborate with suppliers and project teams, present to clients, and support onsite builds.
