Troubleshoot complex signalling issues involving Diameter, SIGTRAN, SS7, and mobile core components. Design resilient, highly available, multi-region services; improve load balancing, rate limiting, overload protection, observability, and incident response. Drive cloud-native migration, automation, disaster recovery, and operational-readiness initiatives.

Designs, implements, and maintains Kubernetes platforms and AWS infrastructure. Improves CI/CD systems using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo; partners with security teams to strengthen cloud security; supports engineering teams with infrastructure services, troubleshooting, and technical guidance; and contributes to new infrastructure and tooling initiatives.

Administer and improve Microsoft 365 and core IT infrastructure, including identities, devices, access rights, security policies, endpoint compliance, and collaboration tools. Provide senior-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and SaaS issues. Maintain documentation, monitoring, and security practices while leading AI orchestration and automation initiatives with internal teams and vendors.
