Supports global marketing campaigns through organic social media coordination, copywriting, scheduling, event and vendor logistics, campaign asset production, CRM and marketing automation tasks, and KPI reporting. The intern will use Canva, AI tools, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads while collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and global partners. The role is hands-on, on-site in Berlin, and requires German and English fluency, initiative, organization, and willingness to learn.

Own the end-to-end product direction for billing, charging, invoicing, and subscription capabilities. Define roadmaps, prioritize opportunities using customer and business evidence, lead agile discovery and delivery, and align Engineering, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. Drive documentation, release readiness, stakeholder training, customer and sales support, adoption, performance monitoring, and continuous post-launch improvement.

Own full sales cycle for West Coast enterprise accounts, building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, coordinating Solutions Engineering and internal stakeholders, negotiating commercial terms, and closing complex B2B SaaS/technology deals with disciplined CRM hygiene and data-driven forecasting.
