Tracks training records and certifications, coordinates events and facility readiness, maintains promotional materials and CRM data, supports invoicing and financial reporting, and improves administrative workflows. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with on-site work in St. Charles five days per week and occasional evening or weekend activities.
