Provide HR generalist support for a nonprofit serving individuals with developmental disabilities: employee relations, benefits administration, compliance (workers' comp, FMLA/ADA), investigations, performance management, HR projects, basic HR metrics, and collaboration with managers to improve engagement, retention, and HR processes.

Lead organizational strategy, business development, partnerships, and growth initiatives. Drive strategic planning, scenario analysis, business case development, and cross-functional implementation. Build relationships with funders and partners, develop diversification strategies, monitor performance with dashboards, and present recommendations to the CEO and Board to ensure mission-aligned, sustainable growth.
