Supports the Preschool Director in operating an early childhood education and infant/toddler program. Supervises and mentors teachers, coordinates schedules and training, monitors licensing compliance, develops curriculum and lesson plans, communicates with staff and parents, covers classrooms, maintains safe learning environments, and assists with strategic planning and family events.

Lead recruitment, training, and oversight of Life, Connect, and Womens groups; develop curriculum and leader development; plan womens events; manage budgets, scheduling, and systems (e.g., Planning Center); partner with staff for communication and cross-ministry coordination to grow disciple-making communities.
