Manage end-to-end workers compensation claims in a self-insured environment, including liability assessment, rehabilitation plan oversight, stakeholder liaison, cost minimisation strategies, and coaching/escalation as a senior team member.

Lead and manage a Perth-based team of Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to drive high-quality workers compensation and personal injury claims outcomes, oversee triage and workload allocation, manage complex escalations and stakeholder relationships, ensure legislative and contractual compliance, identify performance risks, and foster team development and culture.
