Build and operate production machine learning infrastructure, applications, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and LLM inference workloads. The role involves Python development, Kubernetes and Docker deployments, automation, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, inference optimization, and collaboration with technology and business stakeholders. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term hybrid position in Sydney.

Provides second-level onsite IT support, resolving hardware, software, application, connectivity, VPN, MFA, mobile, printer, Windows, and Microsoft 365 issues. Responsibilities include incident logging and resolution, incident management, security incident remediation, knowledge article maintenance, hardware and software inventory, ticket trend analysis, escalation, and provisioning user accounts and devices.

Provides technical support and guidance to workers compensation claims teams, ensuring compliance with Victorian law and WorkSafe Victoria requirements. Reviews claims practices, identifies trends, develops procedures and strategic initiatives, supports performance targets, and builds stakeholder relationships. The role also assists with coaching, governance, and organisational compliance.
