Provides administrative support to case managers and claims teams by coordinating documentation, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate claim records, preparing correspondence and reports, and tracking follow-ups. The role requires strong organisation, communication, computer skills, attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment. Previous claims experience is not required.

Manage complex workers compensation claims from liability assessment through recovery and return to work. Develop claims strategies, review entitlements and payments, coordinate rehabilitation providers, manage stakeholder relationships, and support injured workers. Provide coaching and guidance to team members while resolving escalated claims and driving compliant, cost-effective outcomes.

Provides administrative support to personal injury claims teams, including contacting providers and customers, reviewing claims and payments, updating vendors, maintaining claim records, managing phone enquiries, lodging claims, and coordinating appointments and travel for injured workers. The role requires strong computer, data entry, communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management skills. It is a permanent, full-time Canberra position with hybrid work available after training.
