The role also provides general HR support, advises hiring managers, and ensures compliance with employment and contractor regulations.

Supports skincare product innovation and launch execution from brief through delivery. Responsibilities include market and consumer research, competitive analysis, focus groups, clinical claims testing logistics, user testing, pricing and COGS analysis, stage-gate documentation, launch meeting coordination, post-launch reporting, photoshoot logistics, and tradeshow tracking.

Designs and develops interactive learning programs and materials for employees, spa partners, distributors, and other audiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, defining learning outcomes, creating eLearning, videos, job aids, guides, and presentations, supporting facilitators, maintaining LMS content, and evaluating training effectiveness and learner experience.
