Lead delivery of complex technology and digital transformation projects, defining scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance. Coordinate stakeholders, manage vendors, maintain project artifacts and metrics, use PM tools (JIRA, Asana, Confluence, Microsoft Planner), support discovery and requirements, and continuously improve the project management framework.

Partner with leaders to manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, leave administration, engagement initiatives, training, and change management. Provide HR policy guidance, draft contracts and communications, run surveys, collect HR metrics, and support organizational effectiveness and leadership development.

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) features and integrations. Build customizations (product configurators, pricing, promotions), ensure scalability, security, and performance, write tests and documentation, review code, and troubleshoot production issues while collaborating with stakeholders and architects.
