Travel with the EMILYs List President to capture, produce, and publish real-time digital content; manage press logistics and reporter engagement; draft and edit communications materials; monitor media and social coverage; maintain content libraries and track performance; collaborate with communications, digital, campaigns, and research teams to support strategic messaging.

Support the Digital team with content production, social media, email/SMS, web updates, digital fundraising, graphics/video, reporting, project coordination, and administrative tasks across departments.

Advise and support federal and gubernatorial campaigns by recruiting staff, developing budgets and strategic plans, assessing campaign operations, coordinating with campaign teams and EMILYs List partners, monitoring progress, and assisting with training. Position requires travel and works to elect Democratic pro-choice women through the 2026 cycle.

Manage mid-level and major-gift donor relationships ($1,000–$25,000), build and execute fundraising strategies, solicit gifts via personalized outreach, plan and run fundraising events, research prospects, collaborate with events and regional teams, maintain accurate records, and adapt to election-driven schedules including occasional travel and nights/weekends.
