Support project accounting and operational finance by ensuring accurate ERP project setups, reviewing costs and payroll, preparing job cost adjustments and month-end accruals, coordinating invoicing and receivables, and partnering with operations and project teams to deliver timely financial reporting and analysis.

Plan and supervise commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate stakeholders, manage contracts and subcontractors, review shop drawings, handle RFIs/submittals, develop schedules and resourcing plans, monitor costs and financial reporting, chair meetings, write scopes of work, and supervise staff to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

Work as part of a field crew installing water mains, sanitary sewers, storm drains, manholes, and catch basins. Perform trench preparation, rig and hoist pipe, maintain tools and equipment, follow WorkSafeBC and company safety standards, keep worksites clean, attend site meetings, and complete tasks to required specifications and quality standards.

Prepare blasting plans, load and detonate blasts, and collaborate with site supervisors and crews to execute safe, precise blasting operations on civil construction projects across British Columbia. Travel to project sites, work outdoors in varying terrain and weather, and adhere to WorkSafeBC and company safety standards.

Perform safe pipelaying work on municipal and transportation civil projects: install water mains, sanitary sewers, storm drains; rig and hoist pipe; assist trench preparation and grading; assemble manholes and catch basins; maintain tools and clean worksites; attend site meetings; work with heavy equipment and within a crew, following WorkSafeBC and company safety standards.

Operate hydraulic drilling equipment (Tamrock 800, Ranger 700, Traxxon/Montabert) to support foundations and utilities on civil projects. Perform daily inspections, report maintenance, follow WorkSafeBC safety standards, collaborate with supervisors and crews to meet production goals, maintain clean safe worksites, and work flexible shifts including nights.

Plan and supervise commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate stakeholders, manage subcontractors, schedules, RFIs/submittals, budgets and reporting, chair project meetings, supervise staff, and ensure WorkSafeBC compliance and safe, on-time delivery.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and operations leaders, providing business insight, analysis, and operational support. Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adoption of BI, automation, and AI tools. Collaborate across finance, equipment, safety, and corporate services, support decision-making, identify risks/opportunities, and travel regularly to regional service areas to enable safe, effective delivery of highway maintenance operations.
