Configure and customize Emi’s AI recruitment platform for customers using internal tools. Translate business requirements into conversational logic, conduct QA and user acceptance testing, analyze implementation results, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Tech, and project teams. The role also improves implementation processes, platform quality, and measurable KPIs while supporting customer-focused recruiting solutions.

Generate and qualify sales leads for the LATAM market through strategic prospecting, cold calls, email campaigns, and consultative conversations. Build qualified opportunity pipelines, analyze customer personas, maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives, and share business development best practices across teams and geographies.

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and document processes while ensuring an optimal experience for users. You'll work closely with the tech team and contribute insights for service improvement.
