The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, communication skills, and project coordination experience, with occasional client travel and evening public meetings.

Supports client-facing project delivery through project records, budgets, schedules, reports, meeting coordination, action-item tracking, documentation, process improvement, risk identification, and performance reporting. The role facilitates cross-functional collaboration, prepares executive communications, maintains confidentiality, and helps implement standardized processes and tools aligned with client objectives and strategic priorities.
