Ensure regulatory compliance, manage vendor relationships, track equipment metrics, communicate with stakeholders, and identify process improvements to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Lead design, configuration, and integration of HR and business systems (Workday, ERP, Vista). Map workflows, enforce data governance, develop reports/dashboards, conduct audits, guide system lifecycle, and liaise between IT, HR, Accounting, Payroll, Compliance, and vendors.

Support construction projects by reviewing plans and specs, preparing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, assisting with budgets and resource management, ensuring compliance and safety, managing change requests and risks, communicating with clients and stakeholders, participating in meetings, and helping implement project plans to deliver projects on time and within budget.
