Analyzes project costs across labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead; monitors budgets, investigates variances, prepares cost reports and forecasts, supports project budgeting, audits documentation, and assists with financial close and cost-tracking improvements.

Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across email, SMS, social media, internal communications, public relations, and e-commerce. Create and manage campaign content, calendars, and assets; coordinate stakeholders and timelines; support launches, events, recruitment marketing, and brand initiatives. Establish KPIs, analyze campaign performance, conduct audience and competitor research, and recommend optimizations. The role also supports media communications, executive training, crisis response, and cross-functional workflow and budget management.

Own end-to-end marketing project management for digital initiatives, including websites, platforms, landing pages, campaigns, and microsites. Coordinate marketing and technology teams, manage schedules, capacity, resources, risks, dependencies, and prioritization. Establish repeatable project processes, facilitate meetings, report project health to leadership, and maintain Monday.com as the system of record. Evaluate automation and AI tools to improve delivery and reduce manual work.
