Provides administrative support to the Health & Safety Department by managing records, data, reports, training documentation, compliance metrics, inboxes, filing systems, supplies, and confidential information. Assists with audits, inspections, surveys, evaluations, and departmental activities while supporting safety policies and maintaining accurate employee documentation.

Supports construction project managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking, quality control, compliance, risk management, and field-office coordination. Collaborates with clients, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and crews while following safety protocols. This summer internship provides mentorship and hands-on experience in construction project management for students pursuing engineering, construction management, or related studies.

Manage construction and heavy civil projects from conception through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, quality control, compliance, risk mitigation, progress reporting, and collaboration with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Lead and mentor project teams, manage multiple priorities, and improve project management practices while ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
