Registers hospital patients, verifies demographics and insurance benefits, obtains authorizations and signatures, collects payments, maintains medical records, and supports patient transfers. The role ensures compliance with EMTALA, HIPAA, DNV, and other regulations while providing customer service and assisting patients, families, payers, and hospital staff.

Performs CT and X-ray imaging, operates and maintains imaging equipment, completes clinical procedures, supports emergency care, conducts laboratory testing, and maintains quality-control documentation. Provides patient support, ensures compliance with facility policies and regulations, performs equipment checks, and travels to other facility locations as required.

Performs X-ray and CT imaging procedures with limited supervision, operates and maintains imaging equipment, supports patient care, conducts laboratory testing, maintains records, and completes quality control and assessment activities. May also serve as an ER technician, travel between facility locations, and assist clinical staff as needed. Requires radiologic technology education, state certification, ARRT radiography registration, BLS certification, and proficiency with imaging equipment and PACS.
