Develop and close industrial automation business across the Americas by advising systems integrators, OEM machine builders, and manufacturers on welding and precision-cleaning solutions. Build strategic relationships, identify opportunities, lead technical discovery, coordinate feasibility studies and demonstrations, manage CRM pipelines and forecasts, and influence product roadmaps. The role requires expertise in automated assembly, robotics, controls, consultative selling, long-cycle capital equipment sales, and frequent customer and industry-event travel.

Supervise LATAM payroll operations across the full payroll cycle, including HR data input, validation, tax compliance, payment processing, and discrepancy resolution. Support and back up the Payroll Operations Manager while standardizing processes across business units. Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential payroll processing, improve operational efficiency, and coordinate with payroll, tax, and validation teams.

Develop and demonstrate AI-enabled test and measurement solutions using Nigel AI and NI platforms. Identify customer use cases, build proofs of concept, create reusable demos and reference architectures, support workshops and training, collaborate with sales and product teams, monitor emerging AI technologies, influence product roadmaps, and mentor engineers. The role requires hands-on NI expertise, automated testing knowledge, AI/ML familiarity, strong technical communication, and customer travel.
