Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders across sales, marketing, and global business units. Drive HR strategy, talent management, org design, change management, workforce planning, engagement, and leadership development. Use people data to inform decisions, coach leaders, manage complex employee matters with HR/ER partners, and drive measurable talent and organizational outcomes.

Operate and set up assembly and coil shop equipment (winding, spot welding, molding, automatic test systems). Perform product assembly, basic equipment operation, follow safety, quality and environmental procedures, rotate duties as needed, and participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) events. Work is in a manufacturing environment on shift.

Enter and validate international orders: check commercial requirements, calculate pricing, update business system records, verify customer accounts, provide lead times, manage orders to meet customer requirements, resolve post-order issues, and communicate professionally via phone and email.
