Own territory sales bookings, key account development, customer relationships, product promotion, and sales channel performance across a China region or industry. The role develops territory programs, leads and trains channel partners, expands customer coverage, penetrates new industries, and achieves sales objectives. It requires 40–60% travel for customer visits and channel management, along with engineering knowledge, control valve or chemical process industry sales experience, English and Mandarin communication, and occupational health and safety awareness.

Leads industrialization, product development, localization, manufacturing transition, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manages and mentors engineering teams, coordinates cross-functional projects, supports new product introductions, optimizes processes, and maintains technical documentation. The role requires expertise in manufacturing processes, product design, engineering documentation, Lean methodologies, ERP systems, and international collaboration, with preferred experience in CAD, global manufacturing, sustainable engineering, and manufacturing transfers.

Owns and executes APAC software growth plans by translating global strategy into regional action. Drives pipeline creation, adoption, renewals, expansion, and retention while partnering with sales, marketing, product, customer success, channel, distributors, and regional leaders. Enables sellers and partners, represents customer and field perspectives, establishes performance metrics, and leads cross-functional execution through influence in a global matrixed organization.
