The Project Engineer will design and implement digital twin simulation systems for power generation, collaborating with teams, and managing customer projects.

Plan and manage production schedules, ensure material availability, maintain optimal inventory, coordinate with manufacturing and customer service, monitor KPIs, generate critical reports, apply 5S and continuous improvement, and prioritize orders by urgency and capacity.

Design, deliver, and improve hands-on service and repair training for Flow Controls products (especially Fisher valves). Lead in-person sessions, coach technicians, conduct competency audits, and travel to support training and audits up to 50%. Collaborate with product SMEs, mentor peers, and implement new training methods.
