Assists the Community Manager with multifamily property operations, including leasing, prospect qualification, applications, rent collection, delinquencies, lease renewals, move-ins and move-outs, resident relations, complaint resolution, eviction procedures, and property records. The role also supports sales, resident retention, compliance with Fair Housing requirements, and assumes Community Manager responsibilities when needed.

Own the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of two to three multifamily communities. Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue management, expense control, collections, occupancy, vendor oversight, compliance, marketing performance, resident satisfaction, and team development. The role leads on-site teams across multiple locations, manages a designated home community, conducts inspections, supports capital projects, and travels routinely between properties. Success is measured through combined portfolio performance against financial, occupancy, retention, satisfaction, and staffing targets.

Assists with apartment community operations, including leasing, prospect qualification, applications, rent collection, delinquencies, lease renewals, move-ins and move-outs. Handles resident complaints, retention, correspondence, paperwork, and eviction procedures while maintaining accurate property records. Supports sales, compliance with Fair Housing and lease requirements, and assumes Community Manager responsibilities when needed.
