Supports multifamily property operations under the Community Manager, including leasing, prospect qualification, applications, rent collection, delinquencies, lease renewals, move-ins and move-outs. Handles resident complaints, retention, correspondence, compliance with Fair Housing and lease requirements, eviction procedures, documentation, and property software updates. Assumes Community Manager responsibilities when needed while maintaining resident satisfaction, financial performance, and operational standards.

The Director of Learning and Development will build Emerge Living’s enterprise learning function from the ground up. Responsibilities include assessing performance gaps, designing role-based curricula, improving leasing and service performance, developing property managers and future leaders, implementing LMS and technology training, leading onboarding, delivering field-based coaching, and measuring ROI through operating metrics such as conversion, retention, turnover, productivity, and internal promotions.

Leads business development and revenue growth for a third-party multifamily property management platform. Builds relationships with institutional investors, developers, private equity firms, and family offices; manages complex sales cycles, proposals, RFPs, negotiations, and client onboarding. Oversees property underwriting, market analysis, pipeline development, and cross-functional pursuit teams while representing the company at industry events and developing business development staff.
