Own and mature the company’s global privacy program, including OneTrust consent management, data subject requests, privacy impact assessments, regulatory compliance, privacy policies, and AI governance. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, DPAs, SCCs, and related data provisions. Manage legal operations, outside counsel, spend tracking, CLM processes, and reporting while supervising a Legal Operations Manager and advising Sales, Procurement, Partnerships, Product, and Information Security.

Pure-hunter role to identify, research, and qualify new exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities for trade shows and conferences. Prospect via research, LinkedIn, and CRM; assess needs and ROI; craft tailored pitches; track activity in Salesforce; and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives while collaborating with marketing and attendee teams.

Lead exhibit and sponsorship sales for KBIS and KBC, manage a sales team, own pipeline/forecasting, drive key account renewals and upsells, optimize floorplans and sponsorship inventory, and coordinate cross-functional execution with marketing, operations, and association partners to meet revenue targets.
