The Director of Audience Development will lead audience growth strategies, manage marketing teams, oversee engagement solutions, and drive data-driven marketing initiatives.

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver data products (dashboards, data models, integrations, reporting, AI features). Gather requirements, write user stories, manage backlog, validate deliverables, support UAT, document data definitions/lineage, and evangelize products to drive adoption and ensure data quality and governance.

The Account Executive will drive new business development in the industrial sector, build relationships, achieve revenue goals, and attend industry events to expand Emerald's market presence.
