Develops and improves manufacturing processes for PCB assemblies, supports SMT and THT production, troubleshoots manufacturing issues, estimates labor, supports quoting, and evaluates equipment. The role collaborates cross-functionally to improve efficiency, yield, quality, safety, reliability, and cost. Candidates need extensive electronics manufacturing and process engineering experience, knowledge of PCB assembly and equipment, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with lean manufacturing.

Plans and schedules PCBA manufacturing activities, releases and manages work orders, coordinates materials and production documentation, monitors WIP and schedule adherence, and communicates delivery risks. Collaborates with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Purchasing, Program Management, and Operations to resolve constraints and support customer commitments. Uses ERP/MRP systems and Excel for planning and reporting, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Manages customer programs for an electronics manufacturing services provider, overseeing customer relationships, satisfaction, delivery, communications, business execution, contracts, budgets, forecasting, and financial health. Coordinates engineering, procurement, and operations teams to optimize material staging and bill-of-materials performance. Ensures program decisions align with customer contract terms and supports high-reliability aerospace and defense hardware manufacturing programs.
