Teams at Emerald Technologies

Leads engineering strategy and teams supporting front-end engineering, NPI, process engineering, and manufacturing engineering for PCBA manufacturing. Oversees process controls, DFM/DFT, MES administration, tooling, production support, continuous improvement, customer technical support, and NPI delivery. Drives quality, yield, throughput, cost, documentation, compliance, and data integrity while mentoring staff and collaborating across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, finance, customers, and suppliers.

Monitors purchase orders and supplier delivery commitments, follows up on past-due and at-risk materials, updates ERP records, coordinates schedule changes and expedited shipments, escalates delivery risks, and supports shortage recovery. The role communicates supplier status to internal teams, assists with freight recovery and premium transportation, maintains accurate records, and contributes to supplier-performance and material-availability improvements.

Provides administrative and customer support by coordinating backlogs, orders, quotes, new product workflows, customer records, complaints, invoicing questions, and business reports. Supports program management with commercial activities including pricing, margins, RMAs, and engineering change orders. Maintains accurate records, communicates with customers and internal teams, and helps ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
